This policy explains what data Previzly (“we”) collects when you visit previzly.app or use the app at app.previzly.app, why we collect it, who processes it for us and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to hello@previzly.app.
What we collect
Account data. Your email address and a hashed password when you create an account with an invite code. We never store the password itself.
Your content. The ideas and scripts you type, the reference images and voice samples you upload for your characters, the prompts you edit per shot, and everything the app generates for you: avatars, keyframes, set plates, video clips, voice lines, talking video and assembled films.
Usage data. Your credit balance and the generations you start, the status of each generation job, and the preferences the app keeps in your browser (language, theme, keyframe takes and model choices).
Technical data. The IP address of each request, which the app forwards to the API for rate limiting, and standard server logs with timestamps and request paths. Logs do not contain your scripts or media.
How we use it
To run the service: sign you in, keep your projects, generate the media you ask for, charge and refund credits, and protect the API from abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to advertise to you.
Who processes your data for us
- DeepSeek receives the text of your idea, scripts and beat rewrite instructions to draft and rewrite the breakdown.
- WaveSpeed receives reference images, voice samples, prompts and keyframes to generate avatars, keyframes, set plates, video, lip-synced video and voice lines with the LTX, Kling, InfiniteTalk and MiniMax speech models it hosts.
- Cloudflare hosts the landing site and the app and stores uploaded and generated media in a private R2 bucket. Media is served through signed links that expire one hour after they are issued.
Each provider processes the data only to perform the generation or hosting we request. Their own terms govern what they retain; we send only what a generation needs.
Cookies and browser storage
The app sets one session cookie (httpOnly, valid for 24 hours) so your browser never holds the API token itself, and keeps language, theme and generation preferences in your browser’s local storage. The landing site sets no cookies and loads no analytics unless Google Analytics is enabled for it, in which case Google receives standard page-view and click data under its own policy.
Retention
Account data and content stay for as long as your account exists. Generation jobs and logs are kept for operations and troubleshooting. When you ask us to delete your account we remove the account, its projects and its media from our storage; copies held by processors expire under their retention rules.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, for corrections, or for deletion of your account, by writing to hello@previzly.app from the email address you registered with. We answer within 30 days.
Age
The service is for adults. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
Changes
We update this page when the service or its processors change and show the date of the last change at the top. Material changes are also announced inside the app.
