These terms apply to the Previzly service (“we”, “the service”) at previzly.app and app.previzly.app. By creating an account you accept them. Questions go to hello@previzly.app.
The service
Previzly is an AI movie creator: it drafts scenes, shots and beats from your idea, generates avatars, keyframes, video, voices and lip-synced video for your characters, and assembles the result into a film you can download. The service is in early access. Features, models and prices can change, and we may add, replace or retire generation models as their providers change.
Accounts
Accounts are created with an email address, a password and an invite code. You are responsible for keeping the password private and for everything done from your account. One person per account. You must be at least 18 years old.
Credits
Generations are paid with credits. Each early access account starts with an allocation of credits granted with the invite. Every generate action shows its price before you confirm it; the live prices in the app take precedence over the public pricing page. Credits are charged when a generation starts and are returned when the generation fails on our side. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and are not refunded in money. There is no self-serve purchase during early access; contact us when you need more.
Your content
You keep the rights to the ideas, scripts, images and voice samples you upload and, to the extent the law allows, to the media generated from them. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and transmit that content to our generation providers in order to run the service for you.
You must have the rights, and where a real person is depicted or voiced, their consent, for every reference image and voice sample you upload. Do not upload images or voices of real people without their permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create content that impersonates a real person without consent, sexualises minors, incites violence or hatred, infringes someone else’s rights, or is illegal where you or the depicted person live. Do not probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules and may refuse any generation request.
AI output
Generated media is produced by probabilistic models. It can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable, and a character may not match its references in every take. We do not guarantee any particular result and we recommend reviewing every generation before you publish it. You are responsible for how you use what you generate.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime during early access. Generations depend on third-party model providers and may be delayed or fail. We may change or discontinue parts of the service with notice inside the app.
Termination
You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@previzly.app. We may close accounts that violate these terms. On closure your projects and media are deleted as described in the privacy policy; unused credits are forfeited.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim connected with it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during early access is zero. We are not liable for indirect losses or for the content of generated media.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Ukraine unless mandatory law where you live gives you another forum.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date of the last change at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
